Today he operates several successful businesses including Andersons Locksmith, Andersons Maintenance, Andersons Property and Andersons Property Developments.

Through working with contractors every day, Simon has developed extensive practical knowledge of pricing, profitability, customer management, business systems and business growth.

His expertise comes from real-world business ownership and hands-on commercial experience.

Claire

Claire is an experienced NHS senior leader with a background in service improvement, business transformation and change management.

She has extensive experience leading large-scale improvement programmes, implementing change, developing new services and helping organisations improve efficiency and performance.

Alongside her practical leadership experience, Claire brings strong organisational, planning and business improvement expertise to Andersons Contractor Support.
